My path has and always will be yoga in some form. By that, I mean freedom of the self.
I believe that we can all make a difference and change the course the earth is on by shifting the planetary consciousness, becoming more aware each day. I feel that writing the book Keep the Change,simple practices for lasting transformation, is one more person (me) acknowledging the rewards of committing yourself to a discipline that truly
transforms and uplifts you in 40 days.
